Whether it’s at our St Catherine’s home or in one of our The Manor homes, from the very beginning of our journey together, we’ll sit down with those in need of care, their family, loved ones and any other professionals involved and discuss specific care requirements.
These discussions not only allow us to conduct a care assessment, which will inform us of the type of care we think is needed, but also give us the opportunity to learn more about the individual needs, likes and dislikes. It helps us paint a picture of the person living with dementia - getting to know them and their support network are crucial first steps to begin our journey together, offering the most tailored and focussed care we can.
